About ARL Building
Situated in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, ARL Building is run by certified builder, Alex Laing, and his highly qualified team.
Alex Laing
Alex has been in the building industry since 2006 and is an experienced carpenter and certified builder. While obtaining his carpentry apprenticeship with APD Building and Master Builder, Peter Dunkley, Alex was exposed to a wide range of building executions. His natural eye for quality and detail allowed him to develop and utilise his expertise in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
Alex developed and started to operate as a site foreman on some
of the most prestigious homes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Within 5 years he had taken a major role in every aspect of the building process, from design and development application, through to council certification on completion of the job. In his 10 years with APD Building he built many
amazing homes and held the sales records in Paddington and Kensington.
